Seize the day in this truly magnificent luxury vacation rental in the gated, beachside community of Destiny by the Sea. Lounge by the private pool with family and friends, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy the private outdoor shower. This three-story mansion is just across the street from the beach. The stately architecture reflects the interior’s opulence that defines its unique character and sleeps 20, with particular consideration for families with young children. There are marble walkways, floors, stairs, and tasteful stonework details throughout.
Numerous balconies provide dining alfresco options, complete with a gas grill for your dining pleasure. There is also outdoor dining seating and lounge seating for a crowd around the pool and a second gas grill.
The beautiful kitchen appointed with stainless steel appliances offers an open concept. From this vantage point, there’s a full view of the bar area, attractive Parson’s-style dining area, and more-than-adequate leather seating around the large mounted flat-screen TV. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The adjoining laundry area has a handy soaking sink and a thoughtfully provided highchair.
On the ground level, off the garage, is a handy storage area and an efficient kitchenette to store snacks and beverages for around the pool. Also, on the first-floor level is a king room with a large wall-mounted TV, a bunk room that provides adequate storage and sleeping for five, with a wall-mounted TV, and a full bath with shower and soaking tub. This level also has a king bed with a crib and comfortable seating area to quietly attend to a baby. This space has a beautifully tiled en suite bath.
Along with the expansive living area, the second level has a half bath with gorgeous detailed fixtures that will delight the eye. There’s also a Scandinavian-style king bed with a flat-screen TV, an en suite bath complete with double sinks, and a beautifully tiled step-in shower.
The third floor has another bedroom ideal for a family with a king bed and a bunk/trundle combo in an adjoining alcove. The en suite bath has a soaking tub and a glassed-in, step-in shower. The sumptuous primary suite is also on the third level with a massive, modern four-poster king bed. A private balcony is also part of the enticement. In addition, there’s an office area and a bonus sleeper sofa with kitchenette. The en suite bath has an oversized tub, dual sinks, and a lavish marble walk-in shower.

This was our third stay in this incredible house. The location is fantastic. We walked less than a minute to a pure white beach and clear blue water. We had a short drive every night to excellent restaurants. The house itself is first rate. The rooms are very comfortable and no detail has been left out for the guests comfort. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. This will not be our last stay.

We spent my birthday at this fabulous home. By far, it is the most comfortable luxury beach home we’ve ever visited. The privacy enjoyed by guests with 6 bedrooms spread over 3 levels is absolutely perfect for large groups! The location is great for ease of shopping, fine dining and it’s only a few steps from the beautiful private beach. BONUS! The kitchen was well equipped and organized which made meal prep a breeze! The home design itself is spectacular! The quality touches of robes, weekender vanity kits, monogrammed bedspreads, and blow dryers and TV’s in every room were very thoughtful touches! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool multiple times in the evening and we WILL be back! It was the most perfect beach weekend in the most BEAUTIFUL luxury beach home. All you need to bring is your swimsuit.

Location! Location! Location! My favorite annual holiday, been there on different occasions. The most beautiful, White Sugar Sand Beaches close to the House. Always think of the morning walks along the beach, where one can't help noticing different aqua blue waters and the range of bird life. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything vacationers could even dream of. An amazing Kitchen and Living room with even the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the first floor balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Bedrooms and Bathrooms giving you that luxurious holiday feeling. Easy access to restaurant's and golf courses. Enjoy a dream holiday in Destin........CARPE DIEM

"We have had the most wonderful stay! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! My family enjoyed our stay at Carpe Diem. We have been coming to the Destin area for 33 years and hands down the best house we have ever had. Kids and grandkids had a blast; weather was perfect and walk to beach was perfect.

My family and I stayed in the home for a week. We loved how the home caters to families. We had a few rainy days and having the large couch we could all stretch out, eat popcorn and watch movies. We even got in the pool while it was raining.

This was the most amazing place I've ever stayed. The beautiful views from every window was amazing .To sit out on the balconies and just relax was great and not to mention the beach was so beautiful with white sand. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also. Hope to be returning for another visit soon
