There’s just something about this ultra-modern, end-unit townhouse in Sea Haunts (7A) that beckons people to return. Perhaps it’s the ultra-modern, light and airy décor or its close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico’s sparkling sand and azure waters. Whatever it is, you’ll want to experience it, too, as this is a not-to-be-missed Santa Rosa Beach vacation rental!
There’s a private, king bedroom on the first floor to include a full-ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second-floor main living area offers cozy seating for relaxed conversations, TV viewing, or just gazing at the glorious view. Banquette seating in the dining area backs up to the efficient and full-stocked, stainless-steel-appointed kitchen. However, there is also an alfresco dining option on the adjoining balcony. Because of the open concept of this unit, everyone can be included in the exciting activities that always seem to make wonderful vacation memories.
Up the floating staircase on the third floor is the primary king bedroom. It features a large TV and an intimate balcony just perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee as the sun rises. Also on this floor is a queen bunk room. All bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. One ensuite bathroom has a glassed-in, walk-in shower, while the other has a shower/tub combo.
This beach-front complex features an Olympic-size community swimming pool and a relaxing hot tub. (At various times of the year, the swimming pool may be heated.) A pedestrian walkway crosses over a scenic lagoon leading you to the “singing sands” of the beach.
South Walton’s 30A offers glorious views of nature. A paved bike trail takes you past exotic coastal dune lakes and thousands of acres of preserved forests. Guests are also close to restaurants, colorful bars, unique boutiques, and numerous art galleries. Throughout the year, concerts and festivals round out your vacation experience. So, rest assured, there is something for everyone in South Walton.

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Literally we cannot think of anything bad to say except the washer / dryer was pretty small, could only fit 4 beach towels in the washer at a time. But seriously that was the only negative thing, everything was fantastic! We will be back

This place was wonderful! It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo itself was very well taken care of. The inside was decorated very tastefully and the kitchen had everything we needed. The linens were nice. Plus, there was a box of beach items on the back patio including 2 really nice umbrellas and several chairs. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to replace the hose and nozzle outside. But that did not take away from our trip at all! We will definitely come back to this unit.

The refrigerator was not functioning properly when we arrived. We called the next day and they responded immediately, but could not fix it, so they brought two smaller refrigerators, until they installed a brand new one the following day. They also reimbursed us for the medicine we overnighted to replace the medicine that went bad in the first refrigerator. We appreciated the quick response and the excellent customer service.

We had a wonderful week long vacation at this beautiful condo! The building and grounds were well kept and the close proximity to the beach and Gulf Place were wonderful! The house was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the rental company was quick and pleasant. Would absolutely book again.

We had the perfect stay at SeaHaunts Unit 7A! Having 2 young boys (6 and 8), we have no complaints with the proximity of the unit to both the pool and beach access. The boys loved the bunk beds with their own TV’s while we enjoyed the sound of the waves and views of the ocean. The unit itself is exactly how it’s pictured. The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve experienced while on vacation. The area is perfect for families with shops and a few restaurants just a short walk away. The beach was not crowded and the sunsets were beautiful! You won’t regret staying here. We plan to make this a yearly tradition!

This is a great unit! We love the neighborhood and the complex from previous stays but this unit takes the cake. It was very nicely updated on the inside and walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend a stay as I will be looking to repeat my stay in the future.
